TUBITAK Turkish Management Sciences Institute (TUSSIDE), which provides training and consultancy services to many important sectors and institutions in our country on "Management and System Development", signed the contract for the development of institutional service standards of general directorate of PTT on 29 September 2016. Through this project, PTT aims to be able to continue its strengths supported by solid foundations from its 176-year-old long-standing past and to become stronger on the same level as competitive global players, and to establish the Integrated Management System for the enterprise as a requirement for global integration.
Within the scope of the project, An Integrated Management System (IMS) model that integrates with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 management systems and the processes in which PTT is being implemented will be designed. Thus, with the Integrated Management System, the basic structure of the institutional processes will be strengthened and the mobility will be further increased. Furthermore, the integration of all the components of the institutional processes into a coherent system will simplify the business process, facilitate the achievement of the institutional objectives, strengthen internal and external communication, eliminate inefficiency caused by business repetitions.
Project opening meeting which the project map was shared with all participants was held with the participation of PTT General Manager Kenan Bozgeyik, TUBITAK TUSSIDE Director of the Institute Tezer Battal, Project Advisor Metin Yerebakan and PTT central organization administrators.
