Lean Six Sigma

Six Sigma firstly used by Motorola company and improved by General Electric company. It is a technique that aims to improve processes keep them under control. In the process, an error rate of 3,4 in a million is targeted. Afterwards, it was combined with lean production which was developed by Japans and became "Lean six sigma". While Six Sigma is focused on decreasing deviations, Lean production is focused on eliminating wastes. Lean six sigma depending on customer satisfaction, aims to eliminate activities that don't create any value for the customer and decrease the errors or deviation occur in processes.
