Comparison (Benchmarking)

It is a research study that will provide development by evaluating products/services, which a company gives in order to increase its competitiveness and learning power, according to the best companies in the market and its competitors. Comparison helps for institution to determine its objectives and targets, determine what are the applications necessary to realize these objectives and targets and increase motivation and performance in the company and lower the costs. It also helps the company to be managed with strategy oriented and by this way enlightens the amendment of the company culture. It is applied in two ways; one of them is "competitive benchmarking" which focuses on comparison of competitors, the second is "process benchmarking" which focuses on processes that adopted to be applied successfully.
