The 2016 MAM Institutional Development Training Program, prepared in cooperation with TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE and TÜBİTAK MAM, was put into practice. Within the scope of the program, feasibility preparation training was provided for 4 groups of research personnel, team building & motivation outdoor workshops for 3 groups of personnel, and ethical behavior principles training in the public sector was provided for 1 group of personnel.

Our trainings, which we designed by determining the needs of the participants with scientific methods, will continue throughout 2016.
