Mustafa KAHRAMAN successfully graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Ankara University's Faculty of Political Sciences in 1991. Between 1995 and 1997, he served as an assistant specialist at the Inspection Board of Türkiye İmar Bankası. From 1997 to 2001, he worked as an inspector at the Inspection Board of Egebank. During the years 2001-2002, he held the position of inspector at the Inspection Board of Birleşik Fon Bankası. From 2002 to 2003, he worked as an inspector at the Inspection Board of Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası. Between 2003 and 2008, he served as assistant manager at the Sahrayı Cedit Branch of Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası. From 2008 to 2013, he assumed the role of manager at the Kartal and Tuzla Industrial Branches.

Between 2014 and 2022, he held various titles including authorization officer, financial affairs coordinator, implementation officer, budget unit responsible, procurement responsible, HR payroll and social security responsible at TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE. Starting from September 2022, he has been temporarily appointed as the financial affairs coordinator, implementation officer, budget unit responsible, and concurrently started acting as Deputy Institute Director.
