Mustafa KAHRAMAN graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1991. Between 1995 and 1997, he worked as an assistant specialist at the Inspection Board of Türkiye İmar Bankası. Between 1997 and 2001, he worked as an inspector at Egebank Inspection Board. Between 2001 and 2002, he worked as an inspector at the United Fund Bank Inspection Board. Between 2002 and 2003, he worked as an inspector at the Board of Inspectors of Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası. Between 2003 and 2008, he worked as an assistant manager at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası Sahrayı Cedit Branch. Between 2008-2013, he worked as a manager at Kartal and Tuzla Sanayi Branches.

Between 2014 and 2022, he worked at TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE with various titles such as expenditure officer, financial affairs coordinator, realization officer, budget unit officer, purchasing officer, HR payroll and SSI officer. As of September 2022, in addition to his duties as financial affairs coordinator, realization officer and budget unit officer, he served as the Deputy Director of the Institute by proxy and was appointed to this position as of September 2025.
