Our Team

Hatice SEMİZ graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration with a minor in International Economics. She completed her master's degree in Business Administration/Management and Organization Program at Kocaeli University.
He worked as an expert researcher at TÜSSİDE between 2006-2012. After working for a total of 5 years in different positions in two different corporate companies in the private sector, he started to work as a senior researcher at TÜSSİDE as of July 2017. He has experience and knowledge in strategic planning, process management, organizational structuring, performance management, norm staffing; organization, moderation and reporting of large-scale workshops and has taken part in many projects such as Process Management of the Administrative Organization of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), Institutional Development and Strategic Management of Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA), Performance Program of General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre.
