Sümeyye ÖZTÜRK graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Political Science and International Relations. She also completed her bachelor's degree in history with a double major program at the same university. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Business Management program at Yıldız Technical University. She has knowledge and experience in the fields of institutional transformation, process management and social policies.
