The National Clustering Strategies Project for the Olive and Olive Oil Sector, which is carried out jointly by the General Directorate of Crop Production of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock and TUSSIDE, continues at full speed. Within the scope of the project, a Common Mind Platform® was organized for the olive and olive oil sector representatives in Marmara Region on 31.10.2014. In the workshop moderated by TÜSSİDE, the current situation in the olive and olive oil sector for the Marmara Region was tried to be revealed. The strengths and weaknesses of the sector were discussed and possible opportunities and threats were emphasized. The workshop, which was held at the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was attended by academics, private sector, public and non-governmental organization representatives working on olive and olive oil.
