Organized Industrial Zones (OIZ) and Small Industrial Sites (KSS) Common Sense Platform® and SME Common Sense Platform® workshops were held in Giresun on 17 and 18 February 2016 under the moderation of TÜSSİDE. Public, private sector and relevant NGO representatives participated in the workshops.
The first day of the Common Sense Platform® started with the opening speech of Hakan Günlü, Planning and Project Development Coordinator of DOKAP Regional Development Administration. Then, the participants were asked to identify the current situation of OIZs and CSOs in the DOKAP Region and to develop recommendations. Finally, the participants were asked to define the performance criteria of OIZ-CSSs.
On the second day of the study, within the framework of the same methodology, due diligence studies were carried out on SMEs in the region and solution proposals were developed within the Regional SME Ecosystem. The study ended with the definition and sharing of performance criteria of SMEs.
