Chief Expert Researcher
She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Communication. He completed his master's degree in Human Resources Management at Marmara University in 2013. She received her PhD degree in Management and Organisation at the same university in 2023. She has experience and knowledge in corporate and sectoral strategy development, project management, restructuring, impact analysis, workforce analysis, corporate culture, curriculum design. So far, he has led many sectoral and institutional projects, acted as work package manager, provided trainings and conducted workshops. Some of his recent projects are as follows: TÜRKTOB, "Seed Sector National Strategy Development Project," Ministry of Culture and Tourism "Project Supports Impact Analysis", Ministry of Industry and Technology "Research Project on Improvement of OIZ Services", TEDAŞ "Training Management System", ÇATAB "Corporate System Configuration Project".
