Hanife BİLLERLİOĞLU
Chief Expert Researcher
Hanife BİLLERLİOĞLU graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Industrial Engineering. She completed her master's degree in Health Economics at Istanbul University. She gained experience by spending 9 years of her working life in the private sector in the fields of health and logistics.
As of 2014, she has been working at TÜSSİDE. She has carried out projects and provided trainings on quality and accreditation in health, patient and employee safety, hospital management, facility management, patient rights and management, patient and employee satisfaction management, inventory management and material logistics, JCI, SHKS, EFQM, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, OHSAS 18001, strategic planning, project management, process management, performance management, work and load analysis, corporate values.
