Our Team

Hatice SEMİZ holds a degree from the Middle East Technical University in Political Science and Public Administration, with a minor in International Economics. She completed her master's education in Business Management and Organization Program at Kocaeli University.

Between 2006 and 2012, she worked as a specialist researcher at TÜSSİDE. After accumulating a total of 5 years of experience in various positions in the private sector, she started working as a chief expert researcher at TÜSSİDE in July 2017. She has experience and knowledge in areas such as strategic planning, process management, organizational structuring, performance management, staffing norms; and has been involved in many projects including organizing, moderating, and reporting on large-scale workshops. She has taken part in various projects, including Process Management in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM), Corporate Development and Strategic Management at the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK), and Performance Program at the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre.
