Chief Expert Researcher
Sümeyra KÖSTERELİ is a graduate of Dokuz Eylül University with a degree in Mathematics (English). She has completed both her undergraduate and master's programs in this field. She is currently in the process of working on her doctoral thesis in the Department of Business Administration at Gebze Technical University. Prior to her role at TÜSSİDE, she worked as a research assistant in the Mathematics Department at Dokuz Eylül University.
She has expertise in corporate competency modeling, designing learning and development programs for managers, organizational culture development, and strengthening employee satisfaction and engagement through strategic planning.
