In order to continue PTT's successes, supported by the solid foundations of its 176-year-old history, by becoming stronger in the same league with competitive global players and to ensure the establishment of an Integrated Management System within the institution as a requirement of global integration, we met with TÜBİTAK Turkey Industrial Management and Management Institute (TÜSSİDE) on 29 September 2016. The closing meeting of the "PTT General Directorate's Corporate Service Standards Development Project", signed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was held.

With this project, the processes being implemented by PTT; An Integrated Management System (IMS) modeling was made covering the central and provincial organizations integrated with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 10002 and ISO 27001 management systems.

Project consultant Metin Yerabakan, who made the opening speech at the project closing meeting, stated that the IMS model in PTT is a first in public institutions in Turkey and stated that this model will set an example for all public institutions with its successful implementation in PTT. PTT Chairman and General Manager Kenan Bozgeyik emphasized the importance of the IMS model in achieving PTT's future goals and expressed the necessity of embracing and implementing this system by all employees and his expectations in this regard.
