TCDD Tasımacılık A.Ş. and TUBITAK TUSSIDE hosted the kick-off meeting of the Norm Cadre Project to be carried out in cooperation with TCDD Tasımacılık General Directorate; Deputy General Managers, Regional Directors, Heads of Departments, project coordination team, sub-working group members, TUSSIDE management and project team attended.

The project aims to determine the human resource needs of TCDD Tasimacilik A.Ş.'s central and provincial organizations with scientific and systematic methods. This study, which will increase the organizational effectiveness, human capital efficiency and strategic sustainability of the institution, is an important step that will contribute to the future of railway transportation.

During the meeting, a presentation was made by TÜSSİDE project team on the scope of the project, its objectives and the methods and approaches to be followed in the business plan.
