Within the scope of the "Infrastructure Project for the Transfer of Service Organizations to Local Governments"; training, research and consultancy services will be provided to assess the current situation of the central government and local governments regarding the transfer of the protection and care services currently carried out by the Ministry of Family and Social Policies for children, women, disabled and elderly to local governments.
