The contract for "Geothermal Greenhouse Strategies Development Project" was signed between TÜSSİDE and the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock (MoFAL) on May 8, 2015 by Şevket TEKİN, Director General of Crop Production and Tezer BATTAL, Director of TÜSSİDE.

Within the scope of the project, strategies will be developed to increase the geothermal greenhouse capacity of Turkey, which has an important place in the world in terms of geothermal energy potential, by enabling Turkey to utilize its geothermal energy resources in the field of greenhouse cultivation and to expand geothermal greenhouse cultivation throughout the country.
