In order to determine effective clustering strategies of the olive and olive oil sector in Turkey, the "Olive and Olive Oil Sector National Clustering Strategies Development Project" agreement between TÜSSİDE and the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock (MFAL) was signed by MFAL, Plant Production General Manager Mevlüt GÜMÜZ and TÜSSİDE Manager Tezer BATTAL. signed.

The project aims to raise awareness in the olive and olive oil sector with effective clustering strategies and policies. The main purpose of the project is to ensure local development and increase the competitiveness of our country by increasing production, exports and productivity in the sector in question.

Within the scope of the project, which will last one year, the opinions of stakeholders in the olive and olive oil sector will be sought through local and national workshops, and sector representatives will be informed about the project through the web portal to be developed.
