💼 The first iteration of the program we designed at TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE—aimed at strengthening management knowledge, skills, and competencies in this area by fostering a holistic perspective on R&D and innovation processes and ecosystems—has begun with the participation of our TÜBİTAK colleagues. 🤝🏻
🌟The program’s opening meeting took place with the honorary presence of our TÜBITAK President, @proforhanaydin.
During the opening ceremony, the importance of R&D and innovation management in developing institutional capacity was emphasized; it was also noted that the program was designed to support the existing competencies of employees working in the science, technology, and innovation ecosystem.

- Project and Process Management
- Leadership
- Sustainable R&D
👥 Participants gathered for the Introductory Workshop and Program Presentation held with the Gebze and Ankara groups. The workshop began with activities designed to encourage interaction and help participants get to know one another, and continued with a presentation on the program’s background, structure, and content.
The program, which was initially launched for TÜBİTAK employees, is expected to be opened to all stakeholders in the R&D and Innovation Ecosystem in the near future.
