Within the scope of the preparations for the Strategic Plan that will guide TÜBİTAK's work and activities for the years 2019-2023, the "TÜBİTAK 2019-2023 Strategic Plan Workshop" was held at TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE.

Our Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, our TÜBİTAK President Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal, TÜBİTAK Board Members and TÜBİTAK executives attended.

Prof. Dr. At the opening of the meeting, Mandal made a presentation about the current situation in our country in the field of R&D and innovation, findings and suggestions for the future. In the second part of the workshop, which started with a group study on TÜBİTAK's vision, mission and core values, general evaluations were made regarding the goals, targets and performance indicators to be included in the Strategic Plan.
