Within the scope of the agreement signed between Turkish Hard Coal Authority (TTK) and TÜSSİDE on September 19, 2017, a two-day workshop was held in TTK Zonguldak facilities on December 6-7, 2017 with the participation of 80 internal stakeholders of TTK and 40 external stakeholders.

In the workshop organized within the scope of the studies carried out for the preparation of TTK 2019-2024 Strategic Plan within the framework of the Strategic Planning Guidelines implemented by the Ministry of Development, a comprehensive evaluation of the institution was made by TÜSSİDE experts and consultants by taking the opinions of TTK Internal and External stakeholders through SWOT and PEST analyses.
