Within the scope of the contract signed between Turkish Hard Coal Enterprise (TTK) and TÜSSİDE on 19 September 2017, a two-day workshop was held at TTK Zonguldak facilities on 6-7 December 2017, with the participation of 80 people as TTK internal stakeholders and 40 people as external stakeholders.

In the workshop organized within the scope of the studies carried out for the preparation of the TTK 2019-2024 Strategic Plan within the framework of the Strategic Planning Guide implemented by the Ministry of Development, a comprehensive evaluation of the institution was made by TÜSSİDE experts and consultants by taking the opinions of TTK Internal and External stakeholders through SWOT and PEST analyses.
