For the need to strengthen the R&D management infrastructure of SMEs operating in our country, the second of the applied training program was held on Wednesday, February 28, 2014, in cooperation with TÜBİTAK Technology and Innovation Department (TEYDEB) and Turkish Industrial Management and Management Institute (TÜSSİDE). Representatives of Turkey's leading industrial organizations such as Koç, Eczacıbaşı, KORDSA, TÜPRAŞ (the full list is presented below) attended the program.
25 R&D project managers participated in the program, which aims to introduce project management concepts as a management tool that they will use in their work in this field to R&D companies carrying out R&D and new product design and development activities, and to share the processes related to the supported projects with applied approaches.
Within the scope of the program, R&D Innovation Project Management Basic Concepts, Project Planning Process, Time and Resource Management, Monitoring Process of Supported Projects and Term Report Preparation, Financial Report Preparation, Transfer Payment, Financial Report Approval and Sending Processes were explained to the participants in detail.
