In line with the need to strengthen the R&D management infrastructure of SMEs operating in our country, the second practical training program was held on Wednesday, February 28, 2014, in cooperation with TÜBİTAK Technology and Innovation Department (TEYDEB) and the Turkish Industry Transfer and Administration Institute (TÜSSİDE). The program was attended by representatives of Turkey's leading industrial enterprises such as Koç, Eczacıbaşı, KORDSA, TÜPRAŞ (the full list is presented below).
The program aimed to introduce R&D companies engaged in R&D and new product design and development activities to the concepts of project management as a management tool to be used in their work in this field and to share the processes related to the supported projects with practical approaches. 25 R&D project managers participated in the program.
Within the scope of the program, Basic Concepts of R&D Innovation Project Management, Project Planning Process Time and Resource Management, Monitoring Process of Supported Projects and Period Report Preparation, Financial Report Preparation, Transfer Payment, Financial Report Certification and Submission Processes were explained to the participants in detail.
