Our Team

Ali DOĞAN received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering and his doctorate degree from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Business Administration.

Between 2006-2012, he worked as a project manager and program manager in the Strategy Development Department of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality; during this period, he played an active role in institutional development projects such as strategic planning, performance management, project management, process analysis and design, internal control, quality management. Between 2012-2020, he worked as the General Manager at Yeryüzü Doktorları Association, where he contributed to the design and implementation of basic processes on institutionalization and resource development in civil society. From March 2020 to February 2024, Ali DOĞAN worked as the Deputy Academic Director at TÜSSİDE and has been working as the Director of the Institute since then.
