The Health Technology Evaluation Meeting, held for the first time this year, was held in Antalya between 28-29 April in cooperation with TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE and the General Directorate of Health Research (SAGEM). The meeting, which was held with the aim of effectively evaluating health technologies and reviewing their contribution to the country's health economy, was attended by SAGEM, Turkish Public Hospitals Institution, Public Hospital Associations, Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency, Social Security Institution, Ministry of Development, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance, Undersecretariat of Treasury, universities, 250 experts in their fields from the private sector and non-governmental organizations participated.
On the first day of the meeting, the Common Mind Platform (CAP) was held with the participants and the question "What are the most basic needs / questions for the establishment of Turkey's Health Technology Assessment systematics?" The question was answered and solution suggestions regarding the issue were discussed.
