TÜSSİDE organized the "Leadership in the 21st Century and Becoming a Leading Manager" training hosted by Mustafa Kemal University (MKÜ) with 700 participants, including professors, between September 4 and 6. The first day of the training started with a conference on "Leadership in the 21st Century". In the conference, the importance of gathering people around a single goal, which is becoming more and more important every day, and the importance of guiding everyone towards the same goal without conflict within the group were explained. At the end of the conference, our trainer İlhan GÜLERTAN was presented a plaque by MKU Rector Prof. Dr. Hüsnü Salih GÜLDER.

Participants, including MKU Rector Güder, were given a 2-day training on "Becoming a Leader Manager". Thirty (30) academicians from different disciplines participated in the training, which also included applied studies. İlhan GÜLERTAN, one of our TÜSSİDE trainers, presented a certificate of participation to the participants at the end of the training.
