"Akhisar Furniture City Workshop", supported by Zafer Development Agency and realized with the cooperation of Akhisar Chamber of Carpenters and Furnishers Tradesmen, was held on December 17, 2014 under the supervision of TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE experts. In the workshop held in Akhisar Municipality Hüsnü Kahraman Culture Park Living Area Pond Big Hall, the problems and future of the furniture sector were discussed.

Akhisar District Governor Kaan Peker and Mayor Salih Hızlı, as well as many Chamber Presidents and furniture sector representatives participated in the workshop. With the participants, the current situation of the furniture sector was revealed and suggestions were developed. The program ended with the sharing of the suggestions developed and the closing speech.
