TÜSSİDE conducted the "Creation of Risk Maps" Common Mind Platform (OAP®) study of the General Directorate of Insurance Premiums (SPGM) of the Social Security Institution on November 22-25, 2015 at TÜSSİDE, Gebze.
In the workshop, which was methodologically designed and moderated by TÜSSİDE, the strategic and operational risks of SPGM were identified, analyzed, prioritized and detailed risk action plans were created for the prioritized risks.
The OAP® program was attended by 54 people, including Ahmet Açıkgöz, General Director of Insurance Premiums, deputy general directors, heads of departments, branch managers, and experts from central and provincial units.
