In line with the demands of TÜBİTAK SAGE, TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE designed "Leader Manager" training programs for middle and senior managers and "Problem Solving Techniques & Corporate Culture" training programs for corporate employees.

Within the scope of the "Leader Manager" training program held for two separate groups of 20 people in Ankara, topics such as leadership, leadership theories, transformational leadership, charismatic leadership and new leadership concepts were shared.

Within the scope of the "Problem Solving Techniques & Corporate Culture" training program held at TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE for 3 separate groups of 30 people, trainings supported by applied workshops were held on topics such as problem solving methodology, PUKO cycle, problem solving methods.
