In line with the demands of TÜBİTAK SAGE, TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE designed "Leader Manager" training programs for middle and senior managers and "Problem Solving Techniques & Corporate Culture" training programs for the employees of the institution.

Within the scope of the "Leading Manager" training program held in Ankara for 2 separate groups of 20 people, topics such as leadership, leadership theories, transformational leadership, charismatic leadership and new leadership concepts were shared.

Within the scope of the "Problem Solving Techniques & Corporate Culture" training program, which was held for 3 separate groups of 30 people at TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE, trainings supported by applied workshops on topics such as problem solving methodology, PUKO cycle, problem solving methods were carried out.
