Turkish Railway Machinery Industry Inc. The Project, which includes the stages of "Strategic Management, Process Management and Establishment of the Internal Control System", was signed between the General Directorate (TÜDEMSAŞ) and TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE on March 13, 2017, hosted by TÜDEMSAŞ. The main goal of the project is; Providing consultancy and training services for the development/improvement of TÜDEMSAŞ's corporate management system.

The main objectives of the project, which will last 14 months in total:

• Within the scope of institutional analysis, stakeholders, existing documents, products/services, equivalent institutions, etc. Evaluating the current situation of the institution and determining the needs through analysis
• Preparation of the Institution's Strategic Plan
• Analysis of existing processes, determination of the appropriate process model and hierarchy, documentation and associating processes with performance, and creation of a process management systematic appropriate to the organizational structuring of the institution.
• Establishing an internal control systematic of the institution to be prepared with the participation of upper-middle level managers and process owners in order to provide better quality and transparent service.
