The "Institutional Process Studies" of the project carried out by TÜSSİDE for the structuring of the Institutional Systems of the Çanakkale Wars Gallipoli Historical Area Presidency (ÇATAB) has come to an end. The project continues with the documentation of 15 new processes to be implemented and a "Process Improvement" group study regarding the selected critical process.

The project started with ÇATAB's corporate current situation analysis, and following the Process Management training, a process inventory covering all activities of the institution and including process-unit matching was created. Then, within the scope of process documentation, process flow charts for a total of 170 processes and identification forms for each process were prepared. The project will simultaneously continue with the work package for structuring the human resources system within ÇATAB.
