Within the scope of the contract between Turkish Hard Coal Enterprise (TTK) and TÜSSİDE, TTK Project Team was given Strategic Planning Training by TÜSSİDE experts. In the training, which was designed by taking into account the Strategic Planning Guide for public-funded enterprises, participants were given information on planning their five (5) year future. In the training held between 8 - 12 October, topics such as Strategic Management Basic Concepts, SWOT PESTLE Analysis, Mission-Vision-Values, Strategic Objectives, Targets and Indicators were conveyed through practical activities.
