Within the scope of Smart City studies, a focus group meeting was held on the subject of "Barrier-Free Smart Cities" with the participation of public, non-governmental organizations, local governments and academy stakeholders.
At the focus group meeting held as a video-conference on February 11, 2021, the smart city concept and TÜSSİDE's smart city studies were introduced to the participants. Then, from the participants' perspective, the definition of the smart city, its functions and the applications that can be made for the disabled in smart cities were evaluated.
