In cooperation with the Digital Transformation Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey and TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE, 31 public IT managers who successfully completed the "Digital Transformation Leaders Development Program" between January and April 2023 were awarded their certificates at a ceremony.
At the ceremony held at the Exhibition Hall of the Presidential Complex on May 10, after the opening speech made by Dr. Ali Taha KOÇ, Head of the Digital Transformation Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, certificates and badges were presented to the participants. TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE Director İsmail DOĞAN and Deputy Director Ali DOĞAN took part in the program.
With the "Digital Transformation Leaders Development Program", it was aimed to transfer global trends in the field of digital transformation to IT managers working in public institutions and organizations, to transfer the standards and methods necessary for better planning and management of the digital transformation process in the public sector, and to transfer the usage areas of new generation digital technologies in institutions in practice.
In this context, the 14-module training program followed a comprehensive curriculum under many different topics such as IT governance standards and enterprise architecture, software ecosystem and migration to open source systems, managing data and data privacy in digital transformation, data centers, cloud computing and big data architecture, next generation technologies and public applications, business process management (BPM) and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. The program also included a Strategic Management and Digital Maturity Analysis - Case study, in which participants conducted a field study for their own institutions to reinforce the topics they learned throughout the training program.
