"DOKAP Region Agricultural Research Project Promotion Meeting and Workshop", held in cooperation with TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE and DOKAP Regional Development Administration, was held in Giresun on January 11, 2017. Academicians from DOKAP Region universities, Provincial Directorates of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, Provincial Directorates of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, Regional Directorates of Forestry, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Commodity Exchange, Regional Development Administrations, Research Institutes, Chambers of Agriculture, Development Agencies, Governorships, Municipalities. and representatives from non-governmental organizations attended.

In the afternoon session, the participants participated in the analysis of the current situation in the region in two separate groups, "DOKAP Region Organic Agriculture Basins Determination Research Project Workshop" and "DOKAP Region Agricultural Production and Agricultural Industry Investment Potential Research Project Workshop", according to their areas of expertise and interest, under the moderation of TÜSSİDE. They contributed to the Common Mind Platform® studies.

The organization, which brought together more than 150 stakeholders from the region and outside the region, ended with the closing speech of DOKAP RDA President Ekrem Yüce.
