Within the scope of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research Project carried out between TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE and the Turkish Ministry of Development Eastern Black Sea Project (DOKAP) Regional Development Administration, the first studies on the "Organized Industrial Zones (OIZ) and Small Industrial Sites (SSR) Module" and the "SME Module" were developed. teamwork has begun.
Meetings to analyze OIZs, CSRs and SMEs in the region were held in Giresun with relevant stakeholders on 31 March and 1 April 2016.
At the meetings, ecosystem analysis and stakeholder analysis of OIZ-CSR and SMEs were carried out and legal infrastructure, support/incentives and performance indicators were tried to be determined. The meetings were held with the core team of the project, consisting of the public, private sector, universities, development agencies, chambers of commerce and industry/commodity exchanges, relevant association representatives and OIZ-KSS management representatives.
It is planned to analyze the current situations and needs of OIZs, CSRs and SMEs through monthly studies with the team, compare them with good practices, and develop governance models and development strategies based on the analysis results.
