During the meetings, an ecosystem analysis and stakeholder analysis of OIZ-CSIZs and SMEs were conducted to identify legal infrastructure, support/incentives and performance indicators. The meetings were carried out with the core team of the project, consisting of representatives from the public sector, private sector, universities, development agencies, chambers of commerce and industry/trade exchanges, relevant association representatives and OIZ-CSS management representatives.

It is planned to analyze the current situation and needs of OIZs, CSOs and SMEs, compare them with best practices, and develop governance models and development strategies based on the results of the analysis.
