The "Health Financing Outcome Evaluation Training Program" designed for the managers of Public Hospital Unions affiliated to the Ministry of Health was held between April and June with the cooperation of TÜSSİDE and Acıbadem University, Washington University, Harvard University, Liverpool University and the Health Garden.
The training program is designed to support achieving the best health outcomes by developing competencies in areas such as resource allocation, benefit analysis and policy evaluation. In each of the four interactive modules, participants focused on the following topics
- Service Quality: The use of service quality in improving health outcomes
- Efficiency: The role of efficiency in assessing health system performance
- Health Technology Assessment (STA): STD for prioritization of limited resources
- Innovation: Evaluating a new way to improve health outcomes
