"Human Resources Management Project" was signed between Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE on March 2, 2016.

The project, which will be carried out by TÜSSİDE, aims to provide consultancy and training services for the development of the corporate management system of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality. Within the scope of the project, the current situation of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality will be analyzed, Human Resources and project management training will be organized for the project team, and job analyzes and job descriptions will be made.

The project is aimed to be completed in November 2016.
