Workshops were organized in Samsun, Eskişehir and Antalya to receive the opinions of the provincial organizations of the Ministry within the scope of the "Infrastructure Project for the Transfer of Service Organizations to Local Governments" carried out by the Ministry of Family and Social Policies (ASPB) and TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE.

The current situation of social services, developments that may occur after the transfer of social services to local governments, risks that may occur during and after the transfer were discussed in groups and recommendations were developed in the Common Mind Platform (OAP®) activities moderated by TÜSSİDE.

A total of 330 people, including managers, maintenance and professional staff from provincial directorates, participated in the workshops. After the last workshop held in Antalya on 26-27 November 2015, the outputs will be analyzed and reported.

The aim of the project carried out with the MoFSP is to conduct field research and analysis of the active role of the social service organizations affiliated to the ministry and municipalities, the provincial directorate of the ministry and the central organization in care services within the framework of the social policy transformation program through interview, survey and workshop methods.
