"Strategic Management Working Program" was held in our Institute between 2-6 December 2011, with the participation of middle and senior level managers from the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock. In the process of preparing the Strategic Plan carried out by the Strategic Management Department of the Ministry, theoretical information regarding the "Strategic Management" heading, taking into account the strategic goals and objectives of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, was conveyed to our participants by the experts of our institute, accompanied by various idea generation activities. .
