In cooperation with TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE and the Supreme Organization of Organized Industrial Zones (OSBÜK), the "OSB Art of Management and Transformation to Leadership Program", designed to raise awareness about the reflections of management and leadership on business life and to address management skills in the light of the visionary principle, was successfully completed.
In the program, which was designed according to the prioritization of the needs analysis conducted for OIZs and their managers across the country, applied trainings were given on topics such as "Management and Leadership", "Communication and Relationship Management", "Creating Corporate Culture and Team Spirit", "Problem Solving and Effective Decision Making", "Conflict Management and Negotiation Techniques", "Research Methods and Statistical Analysis", "Total Quality Management", "Innovation Strategies and Innovation Management" and "Effective Speaking and Presentation Techniques".
At the evaluation meeting where TÜSSİDE Institute Director Mr. İsmail DOĞAN, OSBÜK Deputy Secretary General Mr. Serkan ATA and the project team came together, the results of the program were discussed in the second phase of the study. In the evaluation made, a joint decision was taken to continue the current program in 2020 by expanding it to include topics such as the impact of digital transformation on employee competencies in OIZs, its contribution to the transformation of managerial skills and its reflections on the culture of doing business in OIZs.
