Ali DOĞAN
Institute Director
Ali DOĞAN successfully completed his undergraduate and master's education at the Department of Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. Currently, he is pursuing his doctoral studies in the field of Management and Organization within Business Administration Department of Istanbul Technical University.
From 2006 to 2012, he served as a project manager and program manager at the Department of Strategic Development of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. During this period, he played an active role in various corporate development projects such as strategic planning, performance management, project management, process analysis and design, internal control, and quality management. Between 2012 and 2020, he held the position of General Manager at "Yeryüzü Doktorları Derneği" (Doctors Worldwide Turkey), contributing to the design and implementation of core processes related to institutionalization and resource development in the nonprofit sector.
From 2006 to 2012, he served as a project manager and program manager at the Department of Strategic Development of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.
