Our Team

Selin AKSAÇ graduated from Istanbul University with a dual major program in Industrial Engineering and Business Departments. She completed her master's degree in Business Administration at the same university. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in the Industrial Engineering Department at Galatasaray University, and she is in the thesis phase.

From 2014 to 2018, she worked at Mercedes-Benz Türk Inc.as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Commercial Vehicles, where she specialized in sales effectiveness and development, planning, reporting and analysis, business analytics and development, process design, and project management. From 2018 to 2021, she served as a lecturer at Istanbul University Quality Coordination Office, taking an active role in various processes such as institutional assessment, research university academic performance evaluation, strategic planning, and quality management. Since 2021, she has been involved in corporate and sectoral projects at TÜSSİDE (Turkish Industry Center for Research and Development), aligned with her areas of expertise.
