The Science Camps Project, supported by Filli Boya and implemented by TÜSSİDE, covers 6th and 7th grade students who were at the last minute decided not to be included in the Ministry of Family and Social Policies.

The program design and implementation of the two different science camps that we organized on August 16-21 and 23-28, 2015 with students from disadvantaged regions of Istanbul was realized by TÜSSİDE. The camp program was prepared based on the scientific and technological infrastructure of TÜBİTAK institutes. Throughout the camp, we tried to convey to our students that science is accessible to everyone through workshops, experiments, games and educational activities.

In addition, within the scope of the camp program, "Psychological Support" hours were held in the evening sessions with our students in partnership with Boğaziçi University, and Art Workshops were held with our students with the contributions of ARB Communication.

The second phase of the Science Camps Project is expected to continue during the 2015 semester break.
