Turkish Railway Machinery Industry Inc. The Opening Meeting of the Project, which includes the stages of "Strategic Management, Process Management and Establishment of the Internal Control System", initiated in cooperation with the General Directorate (TÜDEMSAŞ) and TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE, was hosted by TÜDEMSAŞ on 06 April 2017.

The meeting was attended by TÜDEMSAŞ General Manager Mr. Yıldıray KOÇARSLAN, TÜDEMSAŞ Senior Managers and TÜDEMSAŞ employees who will take part in the project.

Mr. Yıldıray stated that they hope that this project will contribute to the institutional development and change of TÜDEMSAŞ and that they attach great importance to it.

TÜSSİDE Sustainable Corporate Governance Coordinator Mr. Barış ÇARIKCI and his team provided detailed information about the project processes and implementation steps.

Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to first prepare TÜDEMSAŞ's Strategic Plan and spread the Strategic Management approach within the institution. It is planned to increase the operational efficiency of the institution with the subsequent stages of creating a Process Management and Internal Control System.
