"Institutional Process Studies" of the project carried out by TÜSSİDE for the structuring of the Institutional Systems of Çanakkale Wars Gallipoli Historic Site Presidency (ÇATAB) has come to an end. The project continues with the documentation of 15 processes to be newly implemented and "Process Improvement" group work on the selected critical process.

In the project, which started with ÇATAB's institutional current situation analysis, following the Process Management training, a process inventory covering all activities of the organization and including process-unit mapping was created. Then, within the scope of process documentation, process flow charts for a total of 170 processes and definition forms for each process were prepared. The project will continue simultaneously with the work package for structuring the human resources system within ÇATAB.
