Within the scope of the project initiated in cooperation with the General Directorate of the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) Administration and TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE, all institutional processes of the General Directorate of TCDD Operation will be taken under the spotlight.

The TCDD Process Inventory project started with the opening meeting held on 29 August 2019 at the TCDD Conference Hall, under the ownership of TCDD Deputy General Manager İsmail ÇAĞLAR. At the opening meeting, TÜSSİDE Institute Director İsmail DOĞAN and TCDD Deputy General Manager İsmail ÇAĞLAR made opening speeches, emphasizing the importance of the project for TCDD and the excitement felt from the cooperation. Department Heads and Branch Managers working at the General Directorate of TCDD Enterprise also attended the opening meeting.

Following the opening speeches, technical information presentations about the project were made by the project managers responsible for project management on behalf of TCDD and TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE. After the presentations, the meeting ended with a question and answer session.

Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to analyze all processes of TCDD and determine the institution's process inventory and all process ownerships. The project aims to contribute to the development of Quality and Human Resources Management, which TCDD aims for in the near term.
