Turkish Coal Enterprises Authority (TKİ) Strategic Management - Internal Control Training Programs The program was held at TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE on November 11-14 and November 18-21, 2013 in two groups with the participation of 40 people in total. In the program, which was organized to support the institutional development of TKİ, basic information was shared for the development of strategic management and internal control systematics.

In the program, which was held with the participation of Mr. Tugrul ALPER, Deputy General Manager of Turkish Coal Enterprises Authority, the concepts were reinforced with practical studies as well as information sharing to create a common language. In addition, communication and motivation activities were carried out for the efficient progress of the TKİ project team in the corporate development journey. At the end of the training program, the participants answered the questionnaire "We felt at home. We are leaving satisfied. Thank you very much", they expressed their satisfaction.
